Stacy Cahalan

I am Stacy. I am a therapist, writer, and typographer with unicorn-like enthusiasm. I spent 25 years in Corporate America before responding to a holy “life quake” that led me to a career pivot into the mental health space. By day, I am a School Counselor in the urban core. During my evenings and weekends, I see private clients as a therapist and coach.

As Emily Dickinson wrote, “I am out with the lanterns looking for myself.” After 48 years of wandering the earth, I have learned that most of us are doing the best we can with what we have—even when it’s not enough. We are all searching for meaning, for connection, and for a way home to ourselves. Inside each of us is a wild and holy pilot light—meant to be loved, understood, and never fully tamed. Stay a little wild. It is your magic.

My writing and typography reflect my own daily writing and drawing practice that has been integral to my own mental health and creative urges.

Whether in session with clients or at my writing desk, I bring energy, honesty and a wholehearted desire to live with inner peace…as inner peace feels like a fountain of abundance.

Thanks for showing up!
